Privacy and data processing

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information VPN IR processes across its website, user panel, and network acceleration services, why it is processed, and how users can manage it. Please read these terms before using the service.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. The username identifies the account, links it to subscription status, and supports login requests; the password is used for identity verification. VPN IR does not make an email address a required registration field. Content voluntarily submitted in a ticket is used only to handle the related question, issue, or account request.

Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, payment channel, order status, transaction identifier, and refund status. This information confirms service entitlements, supports account reconciliation, handles refunds, and resolves order disputes. Traffic usage may be processed to calculate plan balances and reset status, but it is not used to create records of the websites or content a user accesses.

Website analytics may include visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, interface language, and aggregated usage trends. These results help check page availability, identify abnormal requests, and improve explanatory content; they are not used to build individual browsing profiles.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Records

VPN IR follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through network acceleration channels, or retain browsing content, transmitted content, or historical records that could reconstruct specific network activity. Network requests are processed temporarily only as necessary to provide connectivity and are not organized into long-term activity profiles linked to accounts.

The service does not ordinarily create connection history logs linked to accounts, so there is no standard retention period for connection logs. To determine plan balances, the system may process account-level traffic totals; this data does not include target websites, page addresses, or communications content. When users voluntarily submit troubleshooting materials, those materials are used only to locate the reported issue and are deleted or de-identified after ticket handling and any necessary review are complete.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary security checks, and basic preferences. This data maintains sessions, reduces repeated actions, and ensures pages appear in the selected language. If necessary storage is disabled, login status, language preferences, or some user panel functions may not persist.

Identifiers required for usage analytics are limited to analyzing website use. Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings; after clearing them, saved sessions and preferences must be established again.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

The service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment instructions are processed by the relevant payment service or network, whose data practices are governed by its own privacy terms. VPN IR generally receives the payment result, amount, channel, and transaction identifier needed to complete an order, but not complete payment credentials held independently by the payment service.

To complete payments, refunds, reconciliation, or risk checks, necessary order information may be transferred between VPN IR and the selected payment service. This information is used only to perform the transaction and handle disputes, not for promotional activities unrelated to subscription services.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Security

Account and order data are retained for as long as necessary to maintain subscription entitlements, keep financial records, handle refund requests, address security incidents, and resolve disputes. When no legal obligation or valid dispute process requires retention, the relevant data is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. Usage analytics are retained as needed for aggregated analysis and are not treated as user connection activity profiles.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of identifiable account data. VPN IR first verifies control of the account before processing the request. If some order information must still be retained to meet legal obligations, process a refund, or resolve a dispute, its use will be restricted and it will be handled once the retention basis no longer applies.
