These terms apply to the cross-border access and international route subscription services provided by VPN IR. By visiting this site, creating an account, activating a plan, or continuing to use the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If any part is unacceptable, users should stop activating or using the relevant services.

Service Content and Scope

Through Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients and subscription configurations, VPN IR provides the connection capabilities needed for cross-border access, access to international websites, and network acceleration. The service covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes. The regions, route types, and client entry points available for connection are subject to the information displayed on this site at the time.

Network conditions, carrier routing, target website policies, and device configurations may affect connection results in different regions. The route list indicates the connection scope available through the service and does not constitute a continuing promise regarding any particular website, application, regional content, or transmission performance. Users should choose suitable routes for their actual needs and properly save any transfers in progress.

Account and Subscription Use

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users should create passwords that are difficult to guess and are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, subscription information, and sign-in status. Account users bear the risks arising from credential leaks, public disclosure, or use by untrusted individuals.

The service supports unlimited devices, but each account, plan, and subscription is intended only for the account holder and their reasonable management scope. Users may not resell, rent out, or publicly distribute subscriptions, provide an account as a public access service to unspecified individuals, or use automation to copy or distribute connection information in bulk. Plan traffic is calculated according to the selected option; monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire.

Lawful Use Requirements

When using VPN IR, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is actually used, as well as the usage rules of the websites, applications, and network resources they access. The service must not be used for unlawful activities, violating others' rights, unauthorized system access, distributing malicious programs, disrupting network operations, or avoiding legitimate security controls.

Users may not use the service to send spam, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property rights, conduct malicious scanning or attacks, or engage in conduct that could expose routes, servers, network providers, or other users to abnormal risks. VPN IR may apply necessary restrictions to relevant connections and review account status when clear abuse is identified, a valid complaint is received, or processing is legally required.

Service Availability and Liability

VPN IR maintains, adjusts, or replaces routes according to operating conditions. Scheduled maintenance, network provider changes, target service policy updates, device system upgrades, and abnormalities in a user's network may temporarily prevent connections, change speeds, or limit some functions. To maintain overall operation, route entry points, connection methods, or client configurations may be adjusted when necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPN IR is not responsible for network interruptions beyond reasonable control, changes to third-party services, device failures, or user configuration errors. Users should back up important materials and verify connection status before handling critical business. The service does not replace the user's responsibility for account security, data preservation, or business continuity.

Restrictions and Termination

If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, interferes with service operations, infringes others' lawful rights, or uses the service for unlawful purposes, VPN IR may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the nature of the conduct. Relevant accounts may also be temporarily restricted to address security incidents, valid complaints, or legal requirements until the review is complete.

After an account is restricted, the user must still stop distributing existing subscription information. Service termination does not affect responsibilities that arose before termination or provisions that must remain effective under applicable law. Refund requests are handled under the separate Refund Policy; a full refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment without stating a reason.

Changes to These Terms

VPN IR may revise these terms due to changes in service scope, legal requirements, route management, or security rules. Updated content will be published on this page, along with an updated “Last updated” date. Significant changes affecting user rights or usage obligations will be explained through notification methods available on this site.

Continuing to use the service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised content. If users disagree with the updates, they should stop using the relevant services and properly manage their account and subscription information during the plan validity period. These terms, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, form the rules applicable to use of VPN IR services.
